Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording daily accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the company’s overall accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

• Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.

• Review invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Perform account reconciliations and support routine accounting activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Support the Finance team with other accounting and finance activities as required.

Requirements

• Experience in General Accounting or a similar accounting role 3-5 years.

• Experience using accounting ERP systems preferred Oracle.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

• Advanced English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
