About this Position As a General Accounting Analyst (Payroll Benefits), you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the company's financial records related to payroll and employee benefits. By helping maintain strong accounting controls and timely financial reporting, you will support sound business decision-making and contribute to a positive employee experience through accurate financial processes. You will be part of a collaborative finance team that works closely with colleagues across payroll, benefits, and accounting functions in a dynamic shared services environment. What you´ll do Perform daily and monthly General Accounting tasks in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and resolve requests and inquiries in a timely manner Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end activities and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations Ensure accurate completion and submission of various reports required to be delivered Support in internal and external audit by providing timely audit schedules Support execution of team objectives; Initiate and implement process improvements
