We’re looking for a General Accounting Project Manger to join our General Accounting team in Tallinn, Estonia. The General Accounting team is part of the Finance Tribe and is responsible for the financial deliverables for all entities in Wise Group.

Your mission:

You will manage and coordinate projects aimed at making accounting processes more reliable, efficient and automated. You’ll collaborate with Finance and other teams to understand transaction flows, establishing appropriate accounting processes and controls to mitigate operational risks.

About you

  • Love getting things done - You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to do whatever needs doing to solve problems.

  • Influence - You work well in an international team environment and know how to have an impact through others. You have partnered with internal and external stakeholders and have strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Theory - Strong understanding of the core accounting principles (IFRS and/or US Gaap knowledge would be highly beneficial).
  • Industry Exposure - Prior experience in international/listed companies or FinTech is highly beneficial.

Salary range: 3,500 - 4,500 EUR per month (+RSUs)
