General Affairs & Facilities Coordinator

About the Role:
Dashing Diva is seeking a General Affairs & Facilities Coordinator provides hands-on support for company facilities, properties, vehicles, employees, executives, and daily office operations. This position requires a dependable, flexible, proactive, and service-oriented individual who can respond quickly to both routine and unexpected needs.

What You Will Do:
Facilities & Property Maintenance
  • Inspect and maintain company-owned offices, buildings, residences, apartments, and other properties.
  • Perform basic handyman work, minor repairs, basic electrical work, furniture/shelving assembly, installation, and moving.
  • Identify repair needs and coordinate with contractors and service vendors.
  • Monitor landscaping and manage landscaping vendors and exterior maintenance.
Daily Office & Employee Support
  • Provide daily General Affairs Help Desk support to office employees for facility, equipment, furniture, workspace, and general office-related requests.
  • Assist employees with moving furniture, boxes, supplies, equipment, and other items as needed.
  • Coordinate additional manpower or vendor assistance for larger moves, setups, or office projects.
  • Support daily cafeteria operations, including setup, supplies, organization, and general operational needs.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, safe, and functional office and common areas.
  • Assist with meeting room setup, deliveries, internal moves, and other day-to-day office operational needs.
Vehicle Management & Driving
  • Manage company vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, registration, cleaning, and general upkeep.
  • Provide professional driving services for executives, employees, and company guests.
  • Handle airport, hotel, meeting, residence, and other pickup/drop-off needs.
  • Provide courteous and professional hospitality support when assisting executives and guests.
Executive & General Affairs Support
  • Support the President/CEO and executive management with business-related and occasional personal errands, pickups, deliveries, purchases, and other requested assistance.
  • Assist with large company events, executive visits, meetings, setup/breakdown, transportation, and logistics.
  • Support other General Affairs duties and special projects as assigned.
Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with contractors, landscapers, repair technicians, and other vendors.
  • Schedule and monitor work, inspect completed work, obtain estimates when needed, and follow up until issues are resolved.
Reporting & Work Logs
  • Report directly to the Senior Director of General Affairs.
  • Maintain daily work logs and provide clear updates on assigned tasks, repairs, property visits, driving assignments, Help Desk requests, and vendor work.
  • Promptly report urgent issues, delays, additional costs, or problems.
  • Follow assigned tasks through completion and provide updates without requiring repeated follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:
Work Expectations
  • Respond quickly and positively to unexpected or urgent assignments.
  • Be flexible with changing priorities and last-minute requests.
  • Be available outside regular business hours when necessary, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends for executive support, company events, property issues, emergencies, or other business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, reliability, discretion, professionalism, teamwork, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and manage multiple assignments and locations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities, property maintenance, General Affairs, building operations, handyman work, or a related field.
  • Associate degree or completion of a Technical/Vocational School program preferred.
  • Basic handyman, electrical, furniture assembly, installation, and repair skills.
  • Comfortable using common hand and power tools and performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation: $32-$34 hourly
