Food & Beverage:
Banquet Server: The Banquet Server is responsible for working with the Banquet Captain to prepare tables, set banquet line, event set-up and take down, transporting food from kitchen to banquet line and clearing tables. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card as well as Training for Alcohol Professional Card (TAP’s).
Restaurant Server: Restaurant Servers will provide food and beverage service to O’Malley’s on the Green customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Servers will take customer’s orders, deliver meals and drinks, fill-out and deliver accurate food tickets and clean-up after customers. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card and Training for Alcohol Professional Card (TAP’s).
Bartender: Mix and serve drinks, serve food, assist wait-staff, operate equipment behind the bar, abide by all State and local liquor laws, operate cash register and point of sale system, handle problems that arise in an effective and professional manner and communicate with Restaurant Manager any problems/concerns. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card and Training for Alcohol Professional Card (TAP’s).
Steward: Assist restaurant/banquet staff with dishwashing support services, put away dishes and equipment used in kitchen, take out garbage, communicate with the Executive Chef for other assigned tasks. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card.
Prep Cook: Prepares food items to order, preps assigned items according to Prep Lists, Firing Chart and par levels set by management, measure and assemble ingredients for standard recipes, cuts and portions meat/fish/poultry, ensure leftover food is stored properly, clean and organize walk-in refrigerators, cooler drawers and prep/dry storage areas. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card.
Line Cook: Prepare or direct the preparation of food to be served and ensure compliance with all sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards. Provide prompt and professional service to customers, communicate with Prep Cooks and Wait Staff, maintain quality and appearance of items prepared, label and date all stored food and rotate food as needed and maintain thorough understanding of menu items and preparation techniques as directed by the Executive Chef. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card.
Golf Operations:
Pro Shop Clerk: Greet and direct customers as they sign-in to golf, inform golfers of course conditions, answer and direct all incoming calls, maintain a constant presence in the Pro Shop, clean and stock all Pro Shop merchandise and perform all opening and closing duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations Manager. Must be able to effectively communicate to Player Assistants, Starter, Cart Staff and management.
Player Assistant: Maintain established starting time intervals, ensure adherence of pace of play by golfers, implement rules and regulations established by Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations manager, maintain records and reports to inform management of incidents, accidents and customer concerns and perform light maintenance duties such as filling divots, repairing ball marks and trash removal. Must be able to maintain professional manner in customer interaction regarding pace of play, rule violations and general course knowledge.
Cart Barn Attendant: Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, clean and maintain a professional golf cart fleet, assist Pro Shop with rental clubs for customers, clean and maintain Cart Barn area as well as grounds around the Pro Shop, report any broken carts or rental clubs to the Pro Shop and assist Pro Shop and management with Tournament staging or daily cart staging.
Maintenance:
Grounds Crew: Provide manual and semi-skilled labor to maintain golf course turf, facilities, cart paths and structures. Assist management staff by caring for putting greens, fairways and tee boxes by mowing, watering, seeding, spiking, and topdressing using walking and riding equipment. Maintain sand traps by raking, watering, edging, spiking, weeding and manicuring. Other course maintenance including raking, cleaning debris and other general duties assigned by Superintendent.
Driving Range Attendant: Maintain driving range by picking and cleaning golf balls, cleaning up used baskets and other general duties. Assist maintenance staff laying new turf or filling damaged areas by raking, shoveling and spreading new soil. Move and reset driving range stalls. Assist tournament players with refilling golf balls and ensuring proper space is available.
