General Application - Chemical Production Operator

Typical Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment (including reactors, mixers, pumps, etc.)
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Record production data and assist with basic quality checks
• Support material handling, equipment cleaning, and batch setup
• Communicate with team to meet production goals

What We Look For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in chemical manufacturing environments preferred (2+ years)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting 55 lbs, standing, warm conditions)
• Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and following procedures
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer or ERP system skills (MRP skills a plus)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
