Summary
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects, including design, procurement, and site execution. They coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
you will manage projects for the whole project life cycle fromproject inception, procurement or services and works, design development,construction and handover. You will need to manage stakeholders, designconsultants, and contractors. In addition, you will also managefeasibility and engineering studies, facilitate brief development, reviewstandards, review submissions from consultants and contractors and liaiseclosely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and public and privateagencies on various aspects of the works. As a project manager, you will managethe project(s) time cost and quality to achieve the desired project outcomes.
Requirements
· Good degree in Engineeringor related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
· Strong experience inproject management and coordination.
· Experienced in ProgramRisk Management.
· Proficiency in MS Projectwill be an added advantage.
