As General Counsel, you will own the legal function end to end, drafting EPC agreements, supplier contracts, and revenue contracts, while shaping a lean in-house team and advising founders and cross-functional leads.
You will manage a pipeline of campus projects, draft templates, and decide what stays in-house.
