Procedures: | General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults Extractions are a MUST. | ||

Certifications Needed: | DEA and BLS - Board Certified | ||
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: | MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health. | ||

Other additional pertinent information: | For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic. |
