Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications vary based on the role being considered but may include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for some roles)
- Previous agriculture, retail, warehouse, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license for applicable roles
- Ability to meet physical requirements of assigned position
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work is performed in offices, work stations, fields, sites, stores and meeting rooms.
The position requires extreme temperatures, ability to climb ladders, inspect equipment, enter operation areas, lifting up to 50 lbs, extending hours during harvest, dust and noise exposure, outdoor/ag facility conditions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work involves everyday risks and discomforts which require normal safety precautions when operating equipment or performing job duties. May work prolonged or irregular hours and must be able to maintain emotional control under stress.
