GENERAL ENGINEER
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Air Platform Systems Engineering Division PEO(A) Program Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will serve as the V-22 Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering (APMSE) assigned to the Air Vehicle Integrated Product Team (IPT) within PMA-275. Primary responsibility is for the technical management and direction of all Air Vehicle IPT systems engineering development for the V-22.
You will serve as the V-22 Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering (APMSE) assigned to the Air Vehicle Integrated Product Team (IPT) within PMA-275.
You will be responsible for the technical management/direction of all Air Vehicle IPT systems engineering development for the V-22 to include nacelle improvements, major structural and electrical changes.
You will also be responsible for the technical management/direction of all Air Vehicle IPT systems engineering development for the V-22 to include navigation upgrades, software development, and follow-on digital interoperability upgrades.
You will support the V-22/PMA-275 for lead systems engineering activities.
You will serve as the focal point for all new Air Vehicle IPT development efforts to include nacelle improvements, major structural and electrical changes, navigation upgrades, software development, and follow-on digital interoperability upgrades.
You will be responsible for the technical management and direction of the entire V-22 requirements structure and system engineering processes (inclusive of Airworthiness, SETR, Verification Management, Interface Management, and System Integration).
You will integrate cost estimates with program plans (schedules, development requirements), test and evaluation requirements, projected problems, etc.,) into a total acquisition POM and budget.
You will manage and coordinate the technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and evaluation aspects of proposed/authorized in-service aircraft and aircraft equipment product improvement efforts, including the Operational Safety Improvement Program.
You will act as the engineering planning and management representative for assigned systems at program reviews, contact reviews, briefings, budget hearings etc.
