- Must have 5+ years working with crafts listed above.
- Must have 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Must be proficient in managing crew, time, and costs.
- Must have good leadership and communication skills.
- Must be have experience working on a Maintenance Site
- Must have experience in the following computer programs such as SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be willing to work OT, weekends and holidays as needed
- NCCER is preferred
