General foreman / Supervisor

KHV ENGINEERING PTE LTD is a construction support company based in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced General Foreman / Supervisor to lead and manage site operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 20-30 construction workers and sub-contractors on-site.

Ensure works are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Plan manpower deployment, materials requisition, and work schedules to meet project deadlines.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with MOM safety rules (WAH, SCS, BCSS).

Liaise with Project Engineer, Safety Officer, and main contractor on site progress and issues.

Inspect work quality, monitor site inventory, and report progress to management.

Handle site documentation, daily progress reports, and workers' attendance.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience as General Foreman / Supervisor in construction sites.

Able to work at various project sites island-wide, 6 days per week.
