**What You'll Do**

**As a General Help, you'll:**

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile and genuine warmth
• Keep kitchenettes sparkling by clearing dishes throughout the day (think of it as your personal mission to keep things tidy!)
• Jump into food service action—stocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the grab-and-go café and service counters looking fantastic
• Be the organization guru for front-of-house areas, ensuring everything is clean, welcoming, and ready to impress
• Bring your A-game to catering setups, service, and breakdowns—you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero
• Handle customer questions and concerns with speed and a positive attitude
• Pitch in with dish area support whenever needed

What You Bring

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to support various service areas and schedules
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
• Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion
