Responsibilities

Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business protection needs.

Design customized insurance solutions that offer meaningful security for our clients.

Manage policy renewals and process updates with precision and care.

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships through consistent, authentic communication.

Address client inquiries regarding claims or coverage changes with patience and clarity.

Engage with local events to represent The Atlantic District and expand our presence in the Staunton area.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated success in insurance sales or client-focused advisory roles.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and computer applications.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, understandable language.

Residency within the Staunton area or the ability to commute daily to our local office.

A proactive attitude toward networking and community involvement.
