*This is a lead position for inventory
Position responsibilities may include general housekeeping (e.g., sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, changing lights, etc.) Responsible for reworking damaged or returned product, and supplying plastic flats to the production line, etc. Maintain records, complete paperwork and documentation. Position performs miscellaneous support tasks throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas.
This position requires pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 20 and 45 lbs repeatedly throughout a long work shift. In addition, the position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. . Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Perform various physical duties as assigned, including but not limited to picking, sorting, stacking, cleaning and minor repair or maintenances tasks.
* Maintain all safety standards
* Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
* Count floor and truck inventories
* Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner (if applicable)
* Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse standards
* Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled
* Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse)
* Reload route trucks promptly and safely
* Sort and store partial cases of products returned on route trucks
* Maintain records of daily checklist
* Demonstrate communication, customer service and conflict resolution with peers
* Ensure adherence to audit standards
