Job Summary:

As a General Labor Residential and Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

- Residential Cleaning: Clean and sanitize residential properties, including homes, apartments, and condos. Tasks may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and washing windows.

- Commercial Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and other business facilities. Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom sanitation, and floor care.

- Detail-Oriented: Pay close attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and meet the company's high standards.

- Inventory Management: Maintain and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly. Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the cleaning services.

- Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

- Flexibility: Adapt to varying job requirements and schedules, including potential weekend or evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.

- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check may be required.
