General Laborer

In this position you will perform various duties assigned by the Shift Coordinator. These duties may vary depending on business needs. An Entry Exam is Required.

Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Cartridge filling
• Can labeling
• Casing and palletizing various products.
• Must meet required production schedules.
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times and maintain a good safety record.
• Drive a forklift to pick/ship products.
• Perform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Must work safely.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Must have good math skills.
• Must be able to go up and down ladders.
• Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills.
• Must be able to continuously lift 55 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in various temperatures.
• Must possess an excellent work ethic, including good attendance.
• Must be customer-focused.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
