Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the protection of people, property, facilities, and information
- Maintain surveillance of surrounding area and report suspicious activity
- Deliver and collect items from various locations as required.
- Perform seasonal landscaping duties to maintain a safe and professional facility appearance.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely while maintaining clean and attractive grounds.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard by removing litter to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous security experience with a valid Security Guard License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work full-time, including flexible hours if required.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including driving, security, and landscaping duties.
