Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is looking for an experienced Collision Repair General Manager who knows the business inside and out.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Drive production, profitability, and overall shop performance

• Manage KPIs, cycle time, touch time, gross profit, and expenses

• Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and office staff

• Recruit, develop, and hold employees accountable

• Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships

• Deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer service

WHAT YOU NEED

• Proven collision repair management experience REQUIRED

• Strong financial and operational knowledge

• Experience managing high-volume collision production

• Ability to lead teams and improve performance

• Strong understanding of insurance processes and KPIs

• Valid driver's license

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
