About the Role:
This isn’t your average 9–5. As our General Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship, steering our hotel toward greatness! From leading a dynamic team to delighting guests and maximizing operations, you’ll keep everything running smoother than a freshly made hotel bed.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a passionate team (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and more!)

Deliver exceptional guest experiences that turn first-timers into loyal fans

Oversee day-to-day operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a people-first mindset

Drive revenue, manage budgets, and strategize like a boss

Be the face of the hotel—connect with guests, welcome VIPs, and bring the wow factor

Keep things fresh—continuously improve service, efficiency, and team morale
Who You Are:

A natural-born leader with at least 3–5 years of hotel or hospitality management experience

A people person who thrives on teamwork, connection, and guest satisfaction

A master multitasker who loves juggling responsibilities with a smile

Driven by results, passionate about hospitality, and always ready to learn

Tech-savvy and financially savvy with strong organizational skills
