Responsibilities

- Dealing with an international chain (international partnership)

- Strategic business plan (short, medium, and long term, fundraising, lending, etc.)

- Lead Project Management team

- Construction compliance

- Commercial/P&L accountability

Requirements:

- General Management experience in high-rise buildings from the earlier stages including business plan, construction, operations, commercial management & P&L accountabilities ie, involving Pre-Construction, During Construction, and Post Construction)

- Understanding construction, project management, and compliance.

- Excellent business strategy plan and financial acumen

- Strong Leadership
