We are looking for an ambitious General Manager to take ownership of our Canton club, inspire a relentless team, and drive massive sales growth. THE OPPORTUNITY

The General Manager is fully responsible for the overall success and profitability of our Canton, GA location. You will lead front-of-house operations, drive membership sales, coach team members, manage financial performance, and ensure every member receives a world-class experience. This role demands an owner-operator mentality with strong sales mastery and team leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as management preferred

• 3+ years of management experience in fitness (preferred), retail, hospitality, or active lifestyle brands

• 2+ years of proven sales leadership/management with a track record of exceeding revenue goals

• Experience managing in a class-based fitness environment preferred

• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight and full P&L management

• Proficiency with fitness CRM platforms, POS software, and performance reporting

• Demonstrated leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays, to support club operations

• High emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and a passionate work ethic
