Clearwater Systems is looking for a hands-on General Manager who understands the industry and has the ability to convert technical knowledge into strong business results.

What you’ll do
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand sales and service, strengthen customer relationships, and lead our Meadville service center.
- Improve profitability through sound decision making.
- Build a strong team by setting clear expectations, coaching associates, and holding the team accountable for results.
- Turn technical expertise into customer confidence by helping the team solve problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Raise service performance through quality work, timely responses, and consistent follow-through.
- Own location results by tracking performance, addressing gaps, and taking action to achieve business goals.
- Protect the business and its people through safe work practices, policy compliance, and responsible management of company resources.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of driving top line growth.
- Ability to develop and execute initiatives that align with company objectives and financial targets.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in residential water treatment or a related field.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive business decisions.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to teach others.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and self-discipline skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally.
