General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Total Rewards - Internet/Online

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Total Rewards professional for a leading technology organisation. The role will be part of the central rewards team, working on compensation strategy, market benchmarking and organisation-wide rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive compensation benchmarking and market analysis.

- Support annual compensation reviews and salary planning.

- Design salary structures, pay ranges and rewards frameworks.

- Provide data-backed recommendations on compensation and benefits.

- Improve rewards policies, processes and governance.

- Develop rewards-related communication for HR and leadership teams.

- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institute; 2020 - 2022 batches preferred.

- Experience in technology companies, new-age businesses or scaled startups.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
