Position Details
As a general manager at Earthwork Services in Bismarck, ND, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and executing business strategies across departments. You'll collaborate with leadership, finance, and operations teams to ensure company goals are met and business performance stays on track. You'll hire and maintain team members along with bidding construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Construction Management or Business Management degree
- Four years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position
- Experience in operations management, leadership, supervisory or construction.
- Detailed knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season
- Valid driver's license
