Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, and leading team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and building lasting relationships that drive return business.
• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborating effectively with corporate leadership, on-site staff, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Driving growth by identifying and executing innovative strategies for new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a GM in the hospitality industry.
• Background in managing operations across accommodations, food & beverage, and retail is highly preferred.
• Strong, professional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Proven track record in handling budgets, financial oversight, and reporting.
• A degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
