Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand.
Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with FSMS, SFA regulations, and environmental standards.
Analyse production data, report performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement projects by applying lean manufacturing techniques.
Support inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
