We're looking for a General Manager at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer location, who leads by example, ensuring that the activities and operations of a hotel complex lead to optimal financial performance and a memorable experience for our guests. This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a strong synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain's culture and values.
• Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Stimulate organizational growth.
• Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
• Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
• 5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
• Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 165 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
