As a General Manager, you own the overall success of your store, its sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. You'll build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and the corporate team.
What You'll Do
- Own your store's overall performance including sales, profitability, team, and guest experience.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
- Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets.
- Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members.
- Strong business acumen including P&L, labor, and scheduling, plus proven leadership.
- Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.
