General Manager(GM)

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall business operations and management of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing subsea, diving, ROV, and marine operations while driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and industry regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, business management, project oversight, financial planning, and stakeholder management capabilities. The General Manager will work closely with senior management, operational teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regional offices to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business growth. The position may require occasional travel within Asia on short notice.
