Lead operations and production to optimize plant efficiency and logistics. Drive financial performance through pricing and budgeting. Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance. Develop B2B and HORECA sales channels to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant efficiency, central kitchen output, and last-mile logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Drive profit and loss (P&L) performance by implementing effective pricing strategies and optimizing budgets
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, HACCP guidelines, and all relevant regulatory requirements
• Develop and expand B2B and HORECA sales channels to increase market share and business growth
