General Manager

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000/month

About the Role

Haven Brooks Limited, a forward-thinking real estate company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead the team toward achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and departmental performance.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver results.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
• Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, including management experience.
• Proven experience in business development or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
