General Manager

Role Details

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking General Manager to lead a volume car brand with multiple operations across Qatar.

You will be responsible for overall business performance, brand development, growing new and used vehicle sales, strengthening manufacturer relationships, and enhancing the customer experience.

The Person

• Current Middle East experience as a General Manager within retail dealerships (not OEM), with multi-site responsibility.
• Candidates currently managing multi-site volume dealerships and fluent in Arabic will be considered.
• Experience with Asian automotive brands is preferred.
• A stable career history with limited employer changes.
• Strong understanding of sales, aftersales, and marketing.
• Full operational and financial responsibility for the brand.

The Opportunity
Annual salary of $123,250, benefits including company car, business class air tickets, schooling contribution and an annual bonus.
