Honest Crafters is looking for a hands-on General Manager (Operations) to lead our daily operations and approximately 30 employees.
IMPORTANT – Relevant Industry Knowledge Required

Luxury bags, shoes, wallets or branded goods
Leather products, leather care or leather craftsmanship
Leather repair, restoration, cleaning or colour restoration
Luxury retail or after-sales service
Repair workshop, craftsmanship or premium product servicing
General operations experience alone may not be sufficient for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, workflow and job completion
Lead and manage approximately 30 employees
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance and staff performance
Ensure repair jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
Improve and enforce SOPs and operational systems
Resolve operational, staff and customer issues independently
Coordinate closely between sales, customer service and restoration teams
Work directly with Directors on company performance and improvement
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of operations or general management experience
Experience managing teams of 15–50 employees
Good understanding of luxury goods, leather products or restoration services
Strong leadership and people-management ability
Hands-on and willing to be involved in daily operations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Disciplined, accountable and results-driven
Able to work independently under pressure
Experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management is an added advantage.
