General Manager

Job Brief:

We are seeking experienced, decisive Nightclub Manager to lead all daily operations, safety, compliance, team leadership & profitability of our licensed entertainment venue. You will ensure safe, orderly, high‑quality guest experience while strictly maintaining Singapore licensing, liquor, safety & public entertainment regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee full venue operations: floor, bar, service, security, crowd control, VIP/guest relations, opening/closing procedures

- Recruit, schedule, train, lead & evaluate all staff: bartenders, service, security, DJs, support; enforce grooming/conduct/standards

- Ensure full compliance: Public Entertainment Licence, liquor service, hygiene, safety, security conduct, no unlawful activity; keep permits/records ready

- Manage venue safety & environment: coordinate with licensed security; crowd management, incident reporting, emergency response, alcohol/service responsibility, venue cleanliness/maintenance

- Plan entertainment: schedules, themes, promotions, events, DJ/artists, private/corporate functions; coordinate contractors/suppliers

- Financial & admin: monitor revenue, budget, cost/inventory control, liquor/supply ordering, cash handling, reporting to management

- Resolve guest inquiries/complaints; protect reputation & orderly atmosphere
