Reporting To: Senior Management / Director

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and suitability

Essential Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 20+ years of HR experience, including 5 - 7 years in senior HR leadership roles.

- Mandatory experience in the Infrastructure / Construction / EPC industry.

- Proven track record of heading the entire HR function, covering Corporate Office and multiple project sites.

- Strong expertise in statutory compliance, industrial relations, labour laws and contract labour management.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large, geographically dispersed workforces and site HR operations.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Hands-on experience in HRMS implementation, HR process automation and standardisation of HR practices.

- Ability to establish effective HR systems, drive organisational effectiveness and ensure consistent HR policy implementation across all locations.
