RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the companys reach and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and strengthen its market position.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials essential for operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in business administration, agriculture, landscaping, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a management role within the industry.
- Proven experience in hydroseeding, erosion control, landscaping, or construction services.
- Strong knowledge of seed types, mulch materials, and their applications in erosion control and landscaping.
