General Manager Iberia (H/M/X) Managing Director | Automotive Services Are you passionate about business development and team leadership in the automotive sector? We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the strategy, growth, and operations in Spain, driving the development of services related to the automotive industry. This is a key position within an international organization, reporting directly to the Group CEO and with comprehensive responsibility for the business, financial results, and the sustainable growth of the subsidiary. What will your mission be? You will be responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy in the Spanish market, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with the main players in the automotive industry. Among your main challenges are: Leading the commercial and business development strategy in the Aftermarket and Production Services markets. Driving sales growth and the acquisition of new strategic accounts. Directly managing relationships with the main clients in the automotive sector. Supervising operations and ensuring service excellence and business profitability. Leading and developing the commercial, operational, and financial teams. Managing the budget, KPIs, cash flow, and the company's financial results. Actively participating in the definition and execution of the Group's strategy in Spain. What are we looking for? Consolidated experience in positions such as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Country Manager, Commercial Director, Business Unit Director, etc. Deep knowledge of the automotive sector and its value chain (OEMs, Tier 1, quality, engineering, inspection, and industrial services). A demonstrable track record in key account development and B2B business growth. Solid capacity for financial analysis, budget management, and monitoring performance indicators. A strategic profile, results-oriented and with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex and demanding environments.
