General Manager IT

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete IT function of the organization.
Drive SAP HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and support activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and align IT strategies accordingly.
Manage ERP integration across departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, HR, Procurement, and Sales.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Handle vendor management, software licensing, AMC contracts, and IT budgeting.
Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Ensure data security, backup management, disaster recovery, and compliance standards.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical technical issues.
Build and mentor high-performing IT teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in SAP HANA implementation and support.
Expertise in ERP project management and system integration.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Experience in managing enterprise applications and database systems.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in IT budgeting and vendor negotiations.
