Position Summary

The Jamba General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, including operations, guest satisfaction, team development, sales growth, and profitability. This role is an excellent opportunity for aspiring leaders to build their business management skills while leading a team dedicated to delivering the best Jamba experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Oversee daily store operations, food quality, and cleanliness
• Coach, develop, and mentor Team Members and Shift Managers
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Manage inventory, food costs, labor costs, and scheduling
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are consistently met
• Create a positive, engaging work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
• Partner with regional leaders to achieve business goals and develop leadership skills

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Shift Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
• Passion for developing people and creating a great team culture
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
• Desire to grow into a successful business leader
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Experience coaching teams and delivering operational results
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or cost controls
• College coursework or degree in Business or a related field is a plus
