General Manager - Learning and Development

· Define and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business and ESG objectives

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build competency frameworks across roles

· Design and deploy technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs

· Lead blue-collar and site-based workforce skilling initiatives at scale

· Drive leadership development and succession planning programs

· Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning tools

· Ensure safety, statutory, and ESG training coverage across locations

· Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact through MIS and dashboards

· Manage L&D budgets, trainers, and external training partners

· Collaborate with business, operations, and HR leaders for capability building
