Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including operations, guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability. This role leads, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members while ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food/labor cost controls
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Partner with district and corporate leadership to achieve business goals
