Luminous Electric is a growing provider of residential electrical and generator services across the Greater Tampa area, known for quality workmanship, reliable service, and an exceptional customer experience. We’re built for growth - and we’re looking for a General Manager to help drive it.

This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for a leader who can take ownership of the business, build a high-performing team, and push results.

What You’ll Own

• Performance & Growth: Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across electrical service and generator operations. Set the pace, hold the team accountable, and consistently deliver on targets.
• Operations: Lead day-to-day service and installation operations. Track KPIs, improve efficiency, and ensure the business is positioned to scale.
• Financials: Own the P&L. Manage budgets, control costs, and make decisions that improve margins while maintaining a high standard of service.
• People: Build, coach, and lead a team that performs. Hire strong talent, develop leaders, and address underperformance quickly.
• Customer Experience: Set the standard for quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Handle escalations, protect the brand, and ensure customers receive an experience that earns repeat business and referrals.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of leadership experience in home services or a similar industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance
• Strong understanding of service and installation operations
• Experience managing budgets and owning P&L performance
• Hands-on leadership style - visible, accountable, and decisive
• Ability to build teams, develop talent, and drive results through people
