Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our newest restaurant from the ground up. This is your chance to build a team, build a culture, and make your mark on a brand new location.

What You'll Do
Own the full restaurant P&L, driving sales and controlling costs
Recruit, hire, and build a team from day one
Lead daily operations — FOH, BOH, and everything in between
Set the tone for guest experience and hold the team to it
Train and develop AGMs, KMs, and hourly team members
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times
Be the face of Luna Grill in the Yucaipa community
What We're Looking For
2+ years as a GM in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant required
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
Strong P&L and cost management skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
