- Stay close to the work and focus on what matters by visiting customers and operations regularly, removing obstacles for teams, and making timely trade-off decisions across LOBs to maximize returns.
- Improve every day through candor and problem-solving by using performance reviews, root-cause analysis, and practical action plans to raise productivity, margin, and delivery reliability.
- Win as one team by aligning sales, service, finance, and operations around shared targets, trusting local expertise, and bringing diverse perspectives into key decisions.
- Run a disciplined business cadence with clear targets, forecast reviews, and transparent reporting on orders, revenue, margin, cash, inventory, and project delivery.
- Build predictable pipeline and conversion performance, then use that visibility to plan capacity, resources, and investment decisions.
- Balance growth and control by scaling successful opportunities while maintaining compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational resilience.
