General Manager - Manufacturing (Automation / OEM / Engineering)
Job Description
Lead the overall business with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Develop business strategies and expand key accounts across automation, OEM, manufacturing and project-based industries.
Oversee end-to-end engineering and turnkey project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, project delivery and service operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, OEM partners and key stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Projects and Service while developing future leaders.
Drive continuous improvement, business transformation and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation, OEM manufacturing, engineering solutions or project-based businesses.
- Proven experience managing P&L, business operations and large engineering or manufacturing teams.
- Strong exposure to automation solutions, turnkey projects, OEM sales and regional business management.
- Commercially driven leader with excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning and business development capabilities.
