GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description

• Management of Aerospace Sec., management includes marketing of products/services, HR, budget & settlement, RM, legal etc.
• Marketing of aerospace and defense products/services to ASEAN and other markets.
• Sourcing of aerospace and defense products/services from ASEAN and other markets.
• Relationship building with clients, especially with Japanese aerospace and defense companies.
• Exploration of new investment opportunity in relating industries.
• Report on department business to Management and HQ.
• Daily communication with relating departments internally, HQ and other overseas offices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Business level Japanese for communication with Japanese clients and reporting to HQ
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of marketing of aerospace and defense products/services in a publicly listed company
• Knowledge and experience with aerospace and defense products/services.
• Skills and experience of negotiation with aerospace and defense companies, ideally with Japanese aerospace and defense companies.
• Knowledge and experience with management finance, accounting, investment, and M&A.
