General Manager
Summary: This position will require managing 1-2 employees, assisting all customers, and following all protocol on how we run all locations, along with seeking additional sales customers. Main aspects of this position will require, assisting customers with all aspects of online auctions. Helping load items, helping check items in, assist with any customer issues or complaints, cashiering, Title work and Customer service. Manage check-in staff, security staff, and front office staff. Schedule staff for all hours of operation, handle performance assessments, and all major employee issues. Assist with answering any questions about items being sold on auction for our customers. Routinely drive forklift to assist customers with loading or unloading items, as well as keeping facility clean.

- Monday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed
Working hours:
- Hours will vary but start time will be 8:00 AM/9:00 AM Monday - Friday

Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school Diploma
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers
- General computer skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to pass test, drive and operate machinery

Typical Duties
- Schedule and manage warehouse and front office staff
- Assist in hiring and interviewing for any staffing needs.
- Handle all customer questions, complaints, or issues.
- Cashiering, Title Work and customer service.
- Deal with all things coming in on consignment
- Ensure all staff are properly scheduled and competing tasks in timely manner
- Ensure all repossessions & commercial jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all staff are following safety protocols, and regulations.
- Training new hires, checking on them and help complete 90-day reviews
- Close up warehouse at end of day
- Complete other tasks as requested by immediate supervisor
