General Manager, Mission Critical Environments

The General Manager, Americas has full P L responsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division, including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growing data center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree of autonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance. This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Finance and HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S. and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations and cost structure Own full P L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate objectives Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team Strengthen strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships Drive innovation, new product development, and acquisition integration Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements Present performance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors Partner with HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning Travel: Up to 40%
